Q: How can I manage my subscription?
A: To manage your subscription, just click here to login to your Sticker Club account! If you have any issues logging in, or have a question, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org! They will assist you within 24 hours :)
Q: What's included in a Sticker Club Subscription?

Q: When will my sticker and postcard be delivered?
All Sticker Club packs are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, about 7 business days after the last day of the month, however you are billed the month prior to your pack being shipped.
Example: If you signed up anytime in January your first pack will ship in February, about 7 business days after January 31st. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS.
Estimated Delivery Times
US - 2 to 15 business days
Canada – 5 to 12 business days
EU/UK – 1 1/2 to 3 weeks
AUS/NZ – 2 to 3 1/2 weeks
All other – 2 to 4 weeks

COVID-19: USPS is experiencing shipment delays due to COVID-19. We expect these delays to effect the delivery of your April Subscription (if you haven’t received it yet), your May Subscription, and any online store orders that have been purchased since April 6th.
Domestic Shipments: USPS is seeing an additional 2 business days on delivery of shipments. For online store orders, you can expect the following time frames
- First Class Mail – typically 2-10 business days. Now 4 – 15 business days
- Priority Mail – typically 2-3 business days, Now 3-5 business days
International Shipments: We have been told to expect delays on all international shipments, but have not been given an exact time we should expect delays. There are also some countries having shipments from the US temporarily suspended. Check details for your country here. We’re asking you wait an additional 10 business days for your shipment to arrive before reaching out to us. If shipments have been suspended to your country, any mailed packages are being held at customs until the suspension is removed. We are asking you to wait 10 business days after the suspension is removed before reporting your package as missing.
Q: Where is my raffle ticket?
A: We switched from adding a raffle ticket in every pack to putting a special ticket (our version of a golden ticket) in 3 deliveries for each month. If you find the shiny gold ticket in your pack, you've won this months VIP prize!
Q: Where is my 30% subscriber discount?
A: Your 30% subscriber coupon code is included in the shipment notification each month. This is not an automatic discount, so make sure you apply the coupon code at checkout to take advantage of this perk! The code changes monthly and is only good until the next month’s pack ships!
For example, the code sent out in the April shipment notification can be used until the May packs ship. If you’ve lost your shipment notification email or don’t remember your coupon code, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get those details over to you.
Q: Where is my coloring book page?
A: We send each month's coloring book page via email on the 23rd of the month. Please make sure we don't end up in your SPAM folder by adding email@example.com to your contacts!
Sign up between the 1st and the 22nd:
Your coloring book page will be emailed between 5pm and 11:30pm PST on the 23rd of that month.
Sign up between the 23rd and the 31st:
Your coloring book page will be emailed between 5pm and 11:30pm PST on the 23rd of the following month. (ie: If you sign up on January 25th, your coloring book page will be emailed February 23rd)
Q: How do I sign up for more than one subscription?
A: This depends on what your end goal is! If you’d like to buy multiple subscriptions for multiple people, then follow the steps below:
1. Put one subscription in your cart with no other items
2. Go through the check out process. Ensure you put your name + email on the order & the recipient’s name and address for the shipping address.
3. Submit your order and do it all again!
4. Repeat as necessary for the other people you are purchasing for :)
If you would like to purchase multiple subscriptions for yourself, then you can add whatever subscriptions you’d like to your cart and go through checkout!
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
We have a Happiness Guarantee for all of our products – If you don’t like something you receive, send it on back (no hard feelings!)…You have 30 days to return an item. We offer a refund to the original method of payment (minus the cost of the original shipping and return shipping) on all products that are returned unused, in the original packaging.
